Q1. The middle of my cake keeps sticking, what should I do?
A. First, use a liberal amount of non-stick cooking spray (do not flour). Then, move the spray all around the center using your fingertips and lightly respray.
Q2. I'm having trouble getting my cake to 'release' from my pans, why?
A. If Q.1 doesn't apply then it's possible the cake cooled for too long. Usually a cooling time of 2-5 minutes will suffice. Any longer will sometimes cause the cake to contract to the middle of the pan.

Q.4 Are my Cūlinique® Food Molds dishwasher safe?
A. Although the Cūlinique® Food Molds look stainless steel they are aluminum and will discolor if put in the dishwasher. For long-lasting life and best cooking results please handwash only.
