1. Prepare 3 iced cakes using our Cūlinique® Surprise Inside Food Molds (9" will serve 36-48, 6" will serve 18-24).
2. Cut the first cake into fourths and reassemble in the shape of a square. Notice that the cut areas all face to the outside.
3. Cut the other two cakes in half. Reassemble all four sides adjacent to the square, placing cut areas together.
4. Pipe icing through a pastry tube for fancy borders and to conceal lines.
5. An additional cake may be added as a 2nd tier (refer to above photo). Place an appropriate support in the vacant area at the cake's middle and remove before serving.
